The company was founded by Danny and Mike Ogden, who between them have more than 60 years experience in all aspects of construction, property, forestry and investment. Both started their careers as apprenticed tradesmen then graduated to construction management and development of building systems. Throughout their careers they have both been deeply involved with property investment and renovation and Mike is a qualified NHBC house builder. Mike was involved in forestry for a number of years where he discovered the exceptional investment potential and major tax benefits. For seven of the past eleven years, both lived in South West France where they developed their vast network of contacts including tradesmen, immobilier, letting agents, project managers and forestry managers, before moving back to the UK in 2005 to establish this company.
